I have never belonged to a gym that is as invested in my fit success as much as I am, until I joined AB Fit 30. When I started in October 2021, I was not feeling too good about myself image and paying too much attention to the scale. AB Fit 30 changed my life for the better. I understand now that it’s not the number on the scale, it’s being your best healthy self.

The best part about working out with Alicia is she modifies exercises to your ability but also encourages you to push harder to the next level.
